I'm Marta [Chai-ya], strategic thinker with a creative spirit passionate about great campaigns, business innovation and brand purpose. Born on World Nutella Day, I have an appetite for sweets and creative challenges.
I am a Junior Brand Strategist and Innovator, who started as an Art Director/ Creative. I have created and worked on campaigns for McDonald's Great Taste of America 2019, Sanex and Durex to name a few. I helped transformed businesses from B2B to B2C and created new brand personas for multiple clients, ranging from film to retail industries. I graduated with a First Class Degree from the University of the Arts London and Hong Kong Polytechnic, and I am currently pursuing a part-time masters in Business.

- Nike + Hong KongStrategy pitch for Nike + Hong Kong. This is a digital campaign that was created during my exchange at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The brief was to get young people to download and use Nike + running up. We firstly researched reasons why they do not exercise and found a strong insight.
