During first months of my exchange in Hong Kong I managed to successfully apply to TEDx team at my university. I was the only non-local student. My duties varied from actual marketing to management and organising. I hosted workshops, helped with communication among guest speakers and with making the annual event happen.
The Boot Camp was organised for a limited number of students from CSM, LCC and Brussels School of Advertising and Architecture. We worked on real brief from NIKE and were given feedback by creatives from diverse London based agencies including Grey London, W+K London. Each team delivered strategy and creative executions for a campaign in only 3 days. Very intense!
I have always been interested in human rights and social issues, I decided to participate more and being selected for Danish Model United Nations was an amazing opportunity to challenge my negotiation and debating skills abroad. During the international conference I delivered public speeches, participated in closed discussions and improved my I improved my critical thinking. It was an enriching experience and a great memory from Copenhagen.
As part of 'Dreams to Reality' I helped in after school activities for children from deprived areas of Cape Town. In the mornings we made everything ready for kids to come and in the afternoon we played with them, surfed with them or organized alternative activities to keep them away from bad neighborhoods.
I was a students ambassador during Outreach programme, which allowed me to represent my College and the course. I was in a unique position to mentor and share experience with future LCC students. I assisted them in workshops, tried to help them get their way around and I answered all the questions. Plus, I really enjoyed it.
In summer 2016 me and my creative partner were selected to represent our course in an a campaign project for a multinational consumer products company Sanex. I worked on a paid brief to create a digital marketing campaign which was the winning one. With my partner we developed a new concept based on a strong insight, pitched the idea and adjusted it to feedback given by clients. This project is confidential. Our idea will be produced in 2017 by the company.
I mediate between students and professors to achieve bigger satisfaction and improve content of the course. Currently trying to make another opportunity for overseas exchange. This position is held up due to my own exchange in Hong Kong.

Position at university magazine Unsettled. Being a creative strategist I was responsible for research and marketing concepts. Through this position I was able to collaborate with students from diverse academic courses such as publishing & journalism.
Participant in workshops chaired by professor Fred Deakin were about start ups, entrepreneurship and creativity. Participants (50 students out of entire university), were divided into groups of 6 and we were given 7 days to develop an idea for a start up. The ending ceremony was pitch to the industry, including representatives from Microsoft.
I was doing the research for new trends, clients and media. I was writing strategy to launch new products and I helped plan the display in Expo 2015 (2nd biggest Polish fashion fairs). Moreover, I was in a constant contact with clients. In May 2016 I produced spring campaign. I found the suitable team- photographer, lighting man, model, stylist and make up artist.

I chaired and led the government project 'Young & Creative' in my school. The project aimed to encourage students towards creative careers and entrepreneurial thinking. I run campaigns, organized and chaired debates with local entrepreneurs and I gave the final presentation during the closing ceremony in the Government Hall. Most importantly, I managed the program from the beginning until the end and increased its scale in my school.
The course expands creative skills and implements knowledge about strategy, planning and managing. It allows students to choose their own career paths within the broad field of advertising and business. It focuses on ideas and the process of making them big. It gives practice and understanding of creative direction, entrepreneurship and strategic project management.
