• General administration; including data entry and producing mail shots
• Using MS Office; including Excell
• Team work - working along with other Interior Designers, Photographers, Graphic Designers, Media & Advertising coworkers, Administration, Maintenance, Managers and Directors
• CAD/Vectorworks, Photoshop and InDesign - creating 2D floor plans, 3D projections and presentations
• Property Management - ensuring the properties are up to decent living standards for the tenants living in; this includes full property inspection reports, assigning builder/handyman for maintenance issues, painting jobs, furniture replacements, and assigning cleaners for check-ins, also ensuring all our properties are cleaned on weekly basis
• Sourcing new Decorations & Furniture
