As a Marketing Executive I was responsible for developing a range of activities within Marketing Department. I implemented new tools to improve internal communications which later helped build a stronger employer brand. Together with the Business Development team I worked on the improvement of the sales process. My other daily tasks consisted of: writing press releases, organising events for the employees and clients, writing an internal newsletter, managing company’s Social Media profiles, and more.
