Office Administration Sustainability, Property and Space


Aug 2015
  • I have responsibility for the administration for two different departments; Sustainability and Property and Space Management. This has allowed me to develop my organisational and administrative skills. I have responsibility for the following: • Producing quarterly rent and service charge requests. • Organising meetings across departments, completing and distributing minutes and managing actions. • Assisting the Sustainability Team with promotional events, communicating with students and staff and managing social media outlets. • Assisting the HESA return for the Estates Management Statistics, liaising with staff to ensure information was submitted within a tight deadline, entering the data into the database, managing queries or validation errors and submitting to HESA. • Creating and distributing the monthly eUpdate to over 500 staff members.


Admin & Client Liaison

  • Held responsibility for administration and client liaison for the head office. This allowed me to build on my client hospitality and administrative skills. I held responsibility for the following: • Client hospitality which involved welcoming and liaising with perspective clients when they visited the London office. • General organisation of the London office, including calendars for all staff and rooms, filling and the management of Cognidox and Sharepoint, • Organising transport and accommodation for all staff from all Oncam offices (over ten different offices around the globe) • Organising the social media for the company which involved working closely with the marketing team. • Writing and gathering information for the monthly newsletter covering all aspects of the company and clients


Studio Assistant

CCA Galleries Coriander Studios

  • Held responsibility for studio assistance and office administration. As part of this role I assisted printmaking and preparation of artwork, liaised with a selection of artists, assisted with hosting and entertaining of guests on the CCA Art Bus for private parties and art shows and provided the main office with general administration.


Assistant Curator & Publicity

Tadema Studios

Jan 2009 - Aug 2015
  • Held responsibility for the selling of Tadema Studios private art collection consisting of large volumes of Art from various different periods of time. I successfully documented, organised and sold these items to appropriate buyers, ensuring I communicated fully and clearly to buyers at all times. As part of this role I assisted with various projects, including: • The London Sketch Club I led on various art shows and private parties at this venue, acting as front of house, curator, chef, table planning, décor and guest lists. • Wells Art Contemporary As assistant curator I held responsibility for positioning and selecting artwork to be displayed in the exhibition, organised transport, timetables and accommodation for numerous artists and liaised with them daily. • 45 Park Lane Hotel I assisted with the organisation and hanging of 90 works of art in bedrooms, suites and restaurants for the new hotel and became lead curator and art director of monthly exhibitions based in the foyer of 45 Park Lane. •Sir Peter Blake Retrospective Show, The Mall Galleries I led on the organisation of the catering for this event, leading a team of 6 people to successfully prepare, deliver and serve canapés and drinks to over 300 guests.
