About me
I am a dual British/Australian citizen who moved to London in December 2016 after graduating from the University of NSW (Sydney). I have most recently been working in an administrative function at the National Gallery. The key skills that I have developed and honed in customer-facing work has been those of organisation and an eye for detail. I feel comfortable in all forms of administration and find that the key to the best outcomes is internal communication, ensuring that I am working to the company’s standards, as well as my own. I am a team player when required and a self-confessed people pleaser, trying to make sure that the end goal is beneficial to all parties. Throughout my various roles in customer-facing work, I have made valuable contributions to ensure that customer journey processes are of the highest efficiency and quality, and have learned along the way about how to continually examine and critique these processes. I have a high attention to detail, as well as constantly attempting to bring into focus the customer perspective and their experience, using this to tailor the internal conversation, rather than dictating from what would be easiest from the business’s side. I am very comfortable in all forms of communication, be that over the phone, via email or in person. I am reliable, professional and well-put together at all times and pride myself on being able to think a few steps ahead, to ensure the smooth running of the day, while also bringing my personality into the mix. I believe that I would be a valuable member of any team and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further.
