Worked directly alongside a Senior Buyer and Design Manager and reported directly to the Merchandising Change Director, and Vice President for Disney Stores. Managed the transition away from selecting from a USA designed sourced collection to Planning, Designing, Sourcing (Europe & Asia), and Delivering our own Collections to stores & online in UK & Mainland Europe.
Worked with senior team on defining Regional & Local trading strategies, and Product Roadmaps which aligned with the Global Vision & Global Strategy
Devised a New Critical Path based on Localised Vertical Retailing: Designing, Producing, and Selling our collection of Apparel across Childrenswear, Womenswear, and Menswear using only 1 agent in order to satisfy the different customer demands in Europe (as opposed to the US)
Managed this sales growth on a 12% (and 25% Profit increase) off a reduced Total Stock buy, and smaller Collection (25% less SKU count offering after acting on Space Planning & Option Planning analysis going back 5 years)
Worked with Licensee’s & New Suppliers to expand collection & choice for the new ShopDisney.com website
Managed a team of 8 people across Merchandising, Distribution, and Buying, and created new Range Planning and Building process designed to increase the efficiency & profitability of the Collections (using Oracle Retail system and Microsoft

Achieved strong double digit growth in Sales & EBITDA every Financial Quarter since arriving after there was previously 12 months of sales declines, whilst dramatically reducing stock exposure. Currently trending at +25% vs LY with projected year end sales growth of +8% vs LY and profit of +20% vs LY
Managed this sales growth on a 35% reduced Total Stock buy, and smaller Collection (20% less options)
Reversed the split between Print and Digital Marketing in favour of Digital in first 2 months.
Oversaw the Re-Design and Development of a brand new Company Website

Multiplied Instagram followers by 5 times in 1 year and also doubled Facebook followers from 30K to 60K
