My responsabilities as Wholesale and Trading Assistant are:
Preparing the offers for the customers ensuring the right prices are charged, keying customer orders, managing, arranging and documenting customer shipments, preparing draft invoices to send to admin department. Also communicating with accounts / finance dept on customer balances, forecasts of value to ship, etc.
Thanks to this role I am improving skills such as: PC skills, including MS office and Excel, numeracy and analytical skills, capacity of managing my own workload. Also I am improving personal qualities such as: organisation with excellent attention to detail and working well under pressure.
