The last 2.5 years with Ben & Jerry’s, have been both brilliantly fun and very rewarding. Working for a brand that has such integrity across all aspects of the business, and a social mission at its core, makes for a very fulfilling job. Ben & Jerry’s are digital pioneers, both in terms of their channel strategy and their communication strategy, and it has been exciting to be part of the brands growth and development. The role has helped me develop relationships on a global and regional level, across many functions, including CMI, Marketing, Research & Development, Innovation, Digital, PR, Design & Creation, Social Mission teams, as well as numerous agencies across the qualitative and quantitative research field.
Working in Brand Development, on global and European projects, for a number of key Unilever brands. The role involved interaction with marketing and regional CMI teams, for the delivery of strong consumer understanding, product development, driving communication development and identifying ways to win across key markets.
