In starting Emma’s Instagram in August 2019, I had two aims: primarily to directly generate sales and secondarily to grow the accounts following.
To achieve my primary goal, I used a targeted strategy of following my clients address book on Instagram. I then looked to grow this audience by following their followers and used their hashtags to engage similar personas. This has resulted in the growth of over 1k followers and 11 direct sales.
