I am graduating from Central Saint Martin’s this year with a postgraduate degree in Fine Art. I am a practicing artist with experience in design, curation, administration and customer service. I have exhibited in numerous galleries including the Tate Exchange, Tate Modern, and I have designed exhibition content and materials for museums and online art advisory services. These roles gave me experience in research, fundraising, social media management and dealing with the public and professionals alike. I am looking to further my knowledge of public art institutions and museums, and to work in a friendly and engaging environment.

In this residency at the online art advisory platform Artvisor, I worked among a small group of staff to create content for the company’s online magazine. Other duties included emailing customers, updating the website, designing materials for the company such as business cards and exhibition leaflets, and writing biographies on artists. My role also included managing Artvisor’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

As part of the University of Reading Internship Scheme I designed the exhibition ‘Action Stations: From Didcot to Hollywood’ which chronicled the centre’s use in films and television from the last century to present day. This role included applying for and procuring funding, and a radio interview with BBC Oxford. The exhibit opened in February 2017.

I am currently coming to the end of my MA Fine Art degree at Central Saint Matins. In the last two years I have had the opportunity to exhibit at the Tate Exchange, and learn skills such as welding, coding and physical computing. I have developed my art practice in multimedia sculpture and installation, exploring ideas of anxiety, subjectivity and the after affects of the sublime.

During this time I was able to exhibit at the Horse Hospital, London (2016), the Nova Perla Gallery, Prague (2015) and undertook a residency with artist Pavlo Keretsy to create a mural outisde Reading town centre (2014). In my degree I gained curatorial experience, and learnt skills in painting, woodworking and academic writing.
