Odeon Media Inc. created SUJO, a social media app that features a “customizable balance of facts, opinion, and conversation.” I helped guide them through the creation of their alpha, advising the CEO and programmers on the ethics of journalism and “fake news.” After the app went live, I performed a variety of roles for SUJO:
Copywriter: I helped mold the message of SUJO, creating and editing copy for the site and app.
Journalist: I posted well-rounded news summaries for politics and nerd culture daily.
Community manager: I helped recruit and manage writers. I also interacted with users through weekly newsletters.

Social media lead: Helped producers manage and grow social media accounts for local CBS properties.
