About me
With over 10 years of experience in communications and digital marketing, in my last role I led internal communications and learning strategies at Philip Morris International (PMI) for 5 years. My mission is to foster a culture of continuous growth and enable cross-team collaborations, measured by user data, impact on people sustainability, and employee engagement. As a creative communicator and a data-driven marketer, I leverage my skills in marketing communications, social media marketing, data analysis, and stakeholder management to design and execute effective learning campaigns and platforms for PMI's global workforce. I also nurture a network of culture ambassadors and communicators across functions and markets, enabling collaboration, breaking silos and experimentation. As a creative outlet, I write about my passion for food and travel on my personal blog, The Wanderbite. I'm a food & drinks enthusiast who's on a journey & mission to find the right places for the right occasions in the capital. Sharing what's worth, from charming London pubs to hidden local shops and upscale dining experiences.
