I am responsible for and manage 250 of the top bars and clubs in Birmingham and the West Midlands. • I work with each account independently, selecting appropriate sales driving tools to increase customer profit margin i.e. bespoke artwork, coolers and bar visibility. • I independently create joint business plans a year in advance with venues, in line with their focuses and priorities. • I have the autonomy and have been highly successful in making five-figure investments in nationally known accounts and clients i.e. Digbeth Dining Club, Hare and Hounds and what was The Rainbow involving tying in these clients to contracts for two year periods. • I support client events with my own marketing and event budget and ideas. I use Red Bull tools and work with the wider company on events, encompassing a 360 degree approach, i.e. using our Red Bull Sports and Student teams. • Social media support – I invest in boosting posts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to encourage footfall in venues and advertising new products, concepts and local events. • Festival management – I invest in, sign contracts and set up festivals and University Graduation Balls in my region i.e. Lunar Festival, Pride, Birmingham University Grad Ball, Mostly Jazz Festival and Simmer Down.
