Other aspects of my role have included; extensive research into potential artists and musicians to perform; creating content for blog posts and social media; attending collective meetings with different members of the Brainchild team in order to produce a symbiotic creative vision for the festival; responding to emails and other admin tasks, including use of Trello and Slack. Responsible for over 40 hours of programming, I manage to balance many different projects simultaneously at once. I carry out this role alongside my other full-time work.
