About me
I am an artist and writer who is passionate about public arts engagement and education. Having worked primarily in relation to photography and exhibitions over the last two years, I am looking for similar work more in line with my broader interests in aural and visual arts.
I am looking for work in the London area having been accepted to start an MA in Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmith's in late 2016.
Projects
- Leaving The BuildingIn May 2014, I was the editor of Leaving the Building, the graduate publication for the BA (hons) Photographic Art degree show at the University of South Wales. I contributed an essay to the publication, entitled Songs in the Dark, as well as a mixtape inspired by the themes and work on display. The mixtape was produced in a limited run of 50 handmade copies with cover art designed by Oliver Norcott. For the publication launch on May 30th, I was invited to DJ at various locations in Bristol
- Caribou Vibration EnsembleAfter making a video for fun for the track Circling on Four Tet's 2010 album 'There Is Love In You', I was asked to assist artist Jason Evans in producing a video for Caribou's headline performance at the ATP Nightmare Before Christmas music festival under the name Caribou Vibration Ensemble.

Work history
Exhibitions Officer
Responsibilities related to the efficient day-to-day running of the gallery and associated exhibition and events programmes. The role was expanded during projects such as Diffusion Festival and the Welsh Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- greeting visitors and providing information about the exhibitions;
- contributing to marketing and delivery of events and activities, both in person and online;
- helping to develop and run activities and participatory projects for schools, local community and youth groups which animate the exhibition programme, develop audiences and extend opportunities for creative participation and learning;
- producing and designing informed and accessible exhibition texts, learning resources, artist information packs and other written materials, including compiling and editing copy;
- assisting with installations and liaising with artists prior to and during exhibitions
