As the creative copywriter, I worked with brands such as BBC Good Food, Radio Times, HistoryExtra and Gardeners’ World, supporting their goal to transition unknown visitors into engaged customers and driving recurring revenues through membership and subscription programmes. I also helped to transform tired-looking emails into effective CRM campaigns for each brand.
