I’ve worked in the creative industries for over 10 years and done everything from working in-house with big agencies to freelancing from a beach in Thailand, living the digital nomad lifestyle. I was having some amazing experiences and working on cool projects, but I couldn’t shift the feeling that something was missing. I wanted to create a business that was about more than just paying the bills and adding bigger projects to my portfolio.
In 2015 a series of unexpected events changed my perspective on life and I started to think about what was really important to me. I realised I had been ignoring my core values and doing work that I didn’t really care that much about, so I made a decision to stop chasing the money and listen to my gut, which, at the time felt very scary.
I made a promise to myself that I was only going to work on projects that were aligned with my values and that had a purpose, with clients I loved and genuinely wanted to help. I surrounded myself with mentors who had built multi-million-pound businesses doing just that and dedicated the next few years of my life to developing my core skills in business, psychology and coaching which now enables me to help my clients make a transformational change in both their life and business.
My mission is to empower talented, ambitious, creative business owners to do meaningful work that has a positive impact in the world. I do this by helping them to unlock their creative potential and give them the confidence to do work that is both fulfilling and financially rewarding.
