As Account Director on Lidl, dX’s largest creative account, I am the key client lead across all projects. My role is to manage & ensure effective delivery of all work, including integrated top tier TTL campaigns, digital projects, through to community management & BAU content. Being AD on a huge, fast paced retained account has helped develop me into a senior leader, elevating the team’s day to day work & processes. My background has also helped me transform the creative output across the account, leading to better performance & client satisfaction, creating their best content yet.

My role at GR was on the Three UK account - a hugely rewarding role that has developed me immensely: from re-launching Three‘s new social strategy, building & ‘in-housing’ a London based internal client social team, to managing the retained account as well as big budget campaings. I also acted AD for 6 months, due to a team departure. I was the main client agency contact and helped the team turn Three into the most loved telco on Instagram. With lots of varied shoots & productions, influencer projects (big & small), were the same, and we produced their most successful content to date.
