  Return Of The MattIt has been a busy few months for myself, juggling client work whilst trying to finish and graduate from my university degree.   Melanin, Derby Uni Studio'sTaken for a small university project, using inspiration from magazines such as; I-D, Dazed & GQ.

  Studio ExperimentI wanted to create a piece of work in which contains the technique 'Light Painting'. This was a test shoot for upcoming shoots in the next few months. In order to achieve this technique I just slowed my shutter speed down and when I set the shutter off I very slowly moved the camera with my hands in order to cause deliberate camera shake in which resulted in the streaks. I feel I could have exaggerated this by slowing the shutter speed down even more. I like the results as I think they contain e

  Mikayah, The Barbican, LondonMyself and Mikayah did a shoot around The Barbican in central London. Changing the image to Black and white I feel really isolated my subject and really adds to the mood of the image
