Product Manager and Content strategist for a global knowledge management project, I am responsible for delivering the Content Strategy and the CMS author experience.
Delivering a cutting edge headless CMS, enabling publishing of content across the American Express eco-system, and the re-use of content to drive content accuracy and authoring efficiency.
Researching, creating and implementing content strategy for a new global knowledge management platform for Amex colleagues.
Accomplishments:
• Performing and/or directing research needed to define a new content strategy
• Creating and implementing strategy, and evangelizing for it across Amex
• Defining new editorial team structures, roles and responsibilities and workflow
• Recruiting (with business partners) high calibre writers, editors and analysts
• Creating an editorial Style Guide to define new content production standards and practices
• Guiding technology teams on content-related best practice for new platform
• Defining new analytics ecosystem to implement actionable test, measure, learn culture
• Editorial responsibility for content output and aligning with governance processes
