Dinamico Festival is one of the main contemporary circus outdoors festivals in Italy.
It focuses on strong international acts (under chapiteau, theatre or street-based), as well as on fostering emerging local and national artists and companies.
Together with the contemporary circus shows, it delivers a series of concerts, outdoor activities and workshops making it popular among different audiences, mainly families and 20 to 30 year old people.
A part from the festival activities, during the year Dinamica APS fosters the development of projects that, through cultural activities, empower and lead to participate in the urban everyday life the local communities.
It also organizes a series of circus workshop, both theoretical and practical.
Dinamico strongly bases its identity on an idea of "festival" as a temporary place and event that functions as "a little city", a community in the communty in which new relational architectures can be experimented.
It also focuses a lot on sustainability themes: being a completely plastic free festival based in a park monitored by the cultural heritage superintendence, every year it questions itself on themes such as recycling, sustainable set design, sustainable accomodations etc., trying once again to experiment solutions in a controlled environment that could be replicated in the urban tissue.
