This role is one that ranges across the whole store. Organising, producing and delivering training to all employees in an efficient manner. Attending hiring events to assess new potential starters then help them start their role within Apple. With this comes a lot of project management and admin work in terms of organising location, resources and people as well as maintaining the day to day training in now of the busiest stores in the world.
