About me
I work with people that work with technology to solve complex problems. I really enjoy solving people problems with technology and always technology problems with people.
Process was where I first enjoyed the boundary between technology, developing and implementing project management methodologies to help remove tensions that were preventing the outcomes organisations and their clients were wanting to achieve.
I bring a strategic approach to enabling technology and people to achieve their desired outcomes. Starting by helping everyone involved understand what their problem is before organising people, processes and technologies to achieve the desire resolution.
I have extensive experience helping organisations, in various countries, achieve their technology and organisational goals. I do this by establishing and communicating clear strategies to complex business and technical problems. I then work with the teams and stakeholders involved to implement the process, technologies and practices required to deliver on that strategy.
I have created successful teams, operational units and project delivery methodologies in a number of industries spanning, medical research, marketing, advertising, education, FMCG, education and multinationals.
