• Supporting collaboration with CCGs, NHS Commissioning Board and Council regarding local outbreak response in specific settings
• Supporting the delivery of strategic and outbreak response support for Covid-19 situations working closely with Public Health England and neighboring authorities
• Providing specialist support to the teams in the planning, co-ordination and delivery of Covid-19 outbreak and situations
• Influencing partners to consider the role they can play in prevention measures as well a response to Covid-19 situations
• Working closely with the wider test and trace function and supporting rapid outbreak response communication and engagement as well as long term community engagement and partnership
• Working closely with Public Health England and NHS Colleagues to coordinate local action and support around local issues
• Leading the proactive work with different settings to use the learning from outbreaks to prevent future situations developing
• Leading on intelligence, including data analysis and report collation, and governance, supporting the local outbreak engagement board and with the three setting-specific outbreak response calls
• Delivering the local outbreak response plan and ensuring we can interpret the data from Public Health England and the national test and trace service alongside local intelligence at pace to avoid escalation of local outbreaks
