Touring through Belgium with the biggest moving screen in Europe, we organised one of the first COVID-safe drive-in movie events in Belgium. Each location we’d set up our drive-in cinema got selected to be in line of the film content. • Liaison with Kinepolis’ marketing team, new location hunters and management • Production of city marketing videos, Kinepolis on tour-teasers and posters • Lead a mid-summer evaluation of the media plan and conversion rate to optimize the sales for the second half of the summer • Created a framework for editors to minimize editing hours and maximize the output (one video per film per location instead of one general video).
