Working as a Production Assistant and Office Manager assisting Producers on all ongoing projects. I help to source props, locations and talent for shoots as well as maintaining a tidy and presentable office. I handle all organizational aspects of shoots distributing call sheets, risk assessments and contracts for crew, and arranging appropriate kit hire. I closely regulate all ongoing cost trackers for productions to ensure budgets are met. Most importantly creating a strong bond with all producers and making sure whatever they need is always near to hand, and spotting any logistical errors that may occur before they happen so all shoots can run smoothly.

Was responsible for the guest list management at Vogue 100 festival and floor managed at the Glamour Magazine beauty festival. Regularly checked in with the client to ensure any problems they have are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Manage all floor and kitchen staff and assess all healthy and safety risks for the show.
