About me
After many years working in a diversity of hospitality venues across London gained valued experience in customer service handling enquiries and managing reservations across six venues in central London.
Experienced in a diversity of functions within the hospitality sector, obtained strong transferable skills such as problem solving, adaptability, relationship building and attention to detail. During my last role as Reservations and Events Assistant attained expertise in admin tasks, dealing with several enquiries simultaneously.
Upon completion of undergraduate in Product Design and MA in Brand Management & Strategy, developed a deep understanding of research projects.
Having focused Master’s final project in sustainability for hospitality brands created a novelty guideline to engage audiences through the tone of voice and internal branding.
