Leading a team of 10, including 9 Polestar Specialists and Deputy Space Manager. Liaising with Polestar UK and Polestar Global to successfully launch the Polestar brand to the public. Sub-managing test drive hubs across the South of England. Project managing and leading the flagship team into the Battersea Power Station launch 2022.     Awarded Store Manager of 2019. Managing the operations at one of the 4 Flagship Stores and Cafe at Hotel Chocolat with an annual revenue of £1.8m. Leading a team of 45 to ensure that all targets are met relating to service, revenue and operations. Working with the Deputy Store Manager, Cafe Manager and Operations Managers ensuring a smooth running of all aspects of the business.
