I'm a UX/Product Designer with over nine years’ experience in the Creative Industry.
For the past four years, I've been working in Agile environments with remote teams overseeing the entire production and delivery process of either services, projects or products. I have experience across broadcast, digital & print. I've been responsible for the full project lifecycle - from scope to delivery. As a Product Designer, I lead the entire discovery and definition phase, by doing research (driving workshops, stakeholder interviews), documenting (use cases/user journeys) and planning out the overall strategy foundation and blueprint. I can ensure high-fidelity prototypes are tested, design systems are implemented and set the vision and best practices for how to bring human-centred design thinking into everything that I do. I envision the Product from a holistic point of view, not just limited to the digital experience.
