May is a Chartered Manager, Carbon Literacy Certified Facilitator, and AgilePM/PRINCE2 Practitioner. She has more than 11 years of experience in contributing to and/or leading various functions including Customer Success, Corporate Responsibility (including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), Learning and Development in the information, education, and heritage sectors in London, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong SAR, China. She is an EMCC Master Member, holds a lectureship in a further education college, and delivers various leadership coaching and mentoring programmes. She also holds non-executive directorship, non-profit board/advisory board positions, and various voluntary roles. Prior to that, she worked for Gartner, Clarivate, Thomson Reuters, and the University of London.
With academic interests that range across sustainability, arts, and heritage management, May is an MSt in Sustainability Leadership candidate at the University of Cambridge. She holds an MA in Managing Archaeological Sites from UCL and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, UAL.
