Working in a fast paced restaurant in a team. My hardworking attitude allowed me to quickly advance to becoming a bartender and taking on a supervisory role in a short time. Within these roles I have taken the initiative to create documentation for other staff members, such as protocols and ordering sheets which have improved the standard quality of drinks and wastage by the company.
