I spent four months working at Ted Baker’s head office as part of the E-commerce operations team. My role involved processing global refunds from Ted Baker’s e-commerce platform. This included using several different systems in tandem, as well as inputting data into a range of spreadsheets. Working during the busy Christmas period necessitated that I remain calm under pressure, simultaneously meeting my own daily targets and answering queries from Customer Service colleagues. I am able to assess and prioritise tasks given to me, whilst maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
