Representing design students in my year as their Design Department Student Co-ordinator. This involved gaining student feedback on the course and presenting this fairly to tutors and attending training days. As part of this role, I have joined Brave Space Collective (a student-led initiative with Cambridge University students) seeking creative strategies to encourage change to the university complaints system. We have worked with Hill+Knowlton Strategies to promote our message and engage students effectively. The aim is to restructure this system for students to make complaints.

Goldsmiths design course has taught me how to research, understand and then create work for the fast-changing social, cultural, ecological and political terrain. In studio projects, including briefs for the commercial sector, I have adopted ethical, personal and ideological stances in my design to successfully meet the project requirements with compassion and creativity. Working on group projects has further developed my ability to communicate commercially, participate in multidisciplinary teams and lead projects.
