My main duty it to ensure everything is running smoothly at the studio, but also to assist the production team and CEOs. Responsibilities include: welcoming visitors/clients, answering the phone, organising and attending voice record sessions with a cast of around 8 actors, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodation, keeping office supplies topped up, handling petty cash, reconciling credit card statements on a monthly basis, general upkeep of the office.
