My main duty it to ensure everything is running smoothly at the studio, but also to assist the production team and CEOs.
Responsibilities include: welcoming visitors/clients, answering the phone, organising and attending voice record sessions with a cast of around 8 actors, scheduling meetings, booking travel and accommodation, keeping office supplies topped up, handling petty cash, reconciling credit card statements on a monthly basis, general upkeep of the office.
Finance Administrator

As Finance Administrator at HiT, I worked largely with the production team and also assisted the IT department with setting up new licensees and assets.
Responsibilities included: raising purchase orders for the production and development teams, reviewing invoices and liaising with the relevant approver , coding approved invoices, attending monthly cost report meetings, investigating open purchase orders and running Excel reports to resolve issues.
