As a Senior Campaign Manager at TechTarget, I oversaw a portfolio of many campaigns, while also managing a sales team and the full delivery cycle of their cross-channel client campaigns. My responsibilities regarding campaign management included: setup and implementation of online media assets, scheduling of inventory and online advertising, measuring overall progress and success using accurate KPI’s and presenting insights to senior client stakeholders through insights and reports. I was also the lead point-of-contact for our various cross-functional teams across the UK and US.
I was involved in the training and onboarding of new employees; including campaign management, client relationship management, data analysis and extracting key insights, GDPR compliance, and hands-on system training.
