SEO Content Specialist for Employment Hero, a digital platform creating the easiest way for small to medium businesses to manage HR, payroll, engagement and employee benefits in Australia. My main projects included;
- Blog Audit: Looking through all the existing content on the blog, optimising for current search terms where possible by making the pieces long-form, linking to more external/internal links, adding lead gen forms and optimising meta data and URLs
- Website Content Audit: Looking through main pages on the website and optimising where possible for industry search terms
- Technical Site Audit: Running through a site audit set up through Ahrefs in order to fix multiple errors on the site including replacing missing meta descriptions, alt image text, twitter cards and open graphs, adjusting title lengths and fixing broken internal and external links
- Backlink Project: Researching, proposing and writing backlink opportunities in order to increase the site domain authority
- YouTube SEO: Looking through the companies YouTube channel and optimising all existing videos for search
- New Content Strategy: Working with the Content Manager to make sure all future content is in line with SEO best practice and building the content around industry search terms

- Managing sponsorship and partnership events
- Managing venue showcase events for our HeadBox Hosts as part of their additional marketing packages. Average of 2/3 per month.
Content
- Creating advertising content for our HeadBox Hosts as part of their additional marketing packages including mailers and blog posts
- Curating the content for our online help centre articles via Intercom
- Creating 'Trend Reports' for our corporate clients via Readymag
- Liaising with the product team and Scrum Master to provide software users with regular product updates explaining new features and bug fixes
- Creating blog content around SEO trends
- Curating the content on any new listing on the platform to make sure they're fully in line with SEO best practice
Community
- Planning, promoting and managing all HeadBox training sessions or seminars to customers & wider HeadBox team, who wish to learn more about the platform and how to use it, via online articles and webinars
- Retention and re-engagement of the current database through the HeadBox Reward Scheme
- Day to day management of the online platform and monitoring the communication sent via the website
- Supporting Guests and Hosts through the online booking process, providing assistance where needed
- Point of contact for the HeadBox charity partnership with St Mungo's, scheduling and organising regular volunteering opportunities for the team and helping them with their 2018 events plan

- Monthly reports on website traffic for all online and offline bookings
- Weekly reports on new users on the site
- Weekly reports on customer tier movement
