I was tasked with maintaining of company standards throughout the dining area. This would include aesthetic appearances and myself as an employee. Talking to customers, ensuring their meals were to their satisfaction and to answer any queries they may have. I gained experience with the workings of different events. Examples of this include charity events, private parties, and weddings. I would often have to work more than one event at once so multi-tasking and organisational skills were important.
