Production of video and stills shoots for various clients including Nike, Mazda, Jurlique, Athleta and Reef. My main responsibilities are detailed below:
Pre Production - job budgeting and estimating, talent casting and usage/deal negotiation, crew coordination, preparation and distribution of call sheets, preparation of materials for pre-production meetings, pre-production meetings, travel coordination.
On Set Production - production management including crew and talent management, catering and client coordination.
Post Production - coordination of all post including video edit, retouching and sound, job wrapping and reconciliation, job cost reports and dispatch and delivery of files.
General Support - creation and maintenance of WIPs, production schedules, contact databases (creative agencies, talent agencies and crew) and filing. Production of marketing resources and materials including social media management and website upkeep.
