The Corporate Events Organiser position is a crucial role within the Eventa Exclusive Team. The corporate events organiser will ensure the process from sale to event runs smoothly, whilst arranging and confirming each aspect of the Event. Main responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining client relationships. • Contract management - ensuring universal compliance. • Account management - Taking new enquiries, obtaining a brief, sourcing venues, producing proposal documents. • Event management - acting as on-site Event Manager. • Overseeing all event admin including contracts, budgets, invoicing and logistical operations. • Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating lower costs. • Managing financial databases for company reports. • Upselling additional entertainment packages. • Collating lead figures to present to Directors. • Producing marketing email campaigns. • Developing the company’s strategic business plan and its subsequent delivery in conjunction with the Directors. • Streamlining company processes. • Web content creation.
• Event Organising and on-site Event Management. • Managing Themeing Department - securing bookings with creative ideas. • Production of 50+ Christmas events, from concept through to completion. • Sourcing new suppliers for roles such as DJ’s, bands, fire dancers and stage construction. • Liaising with venues, clients and suppliers; dealing with contracts, payments and creative decisions. • Providing risk assessments, health and safety checks, menu pre-orders and guest lists. • Preparing kit lists and ensuring contractual requirements. • Managing the warehouse and it’s staff. • Logistics of trucks, drivers and event staff. • Sourcing and managing prop makers to create bespoke items and carry out repairs.
