    Number Twenty Two is Dublin’s newest premier entertainment venue with a capacity for 500 people. I report directly to the General Manager and business owners, managing a team of two. I solely manage the venues extensive strategic calendar, identify new business prospects and ensure leads generated are actioned. I manage lucrative corporate, private hire and group bookings to ensure maximum profitability and client satisfaction are always met. I run several projects simultaneously, lead cross-functional teams for each bespoke event and cooperate with the demands of a new business. Key Achievements • New Business & Sales: Converted over €200 k in my 1st quarter in pro/reactive sales and gained new clients including Google, Facebook, Fleishman Hillard & Davy Investment Brokers. • Client Management: Created and manage systems for client briefs, minimum spend & budget requirements, contracts, invoicing, client databases and feedback reports. • Events: Coordinate over 70 events per quarter, operate the Eventbrite ticketing system and conduct all venue viewings. • Marketing: Run email marketing campaigns, online channels, influencers, online promotions to augment sales.
