Number Twenty Two is Dublin’s newest premier entertainment venue with a capacity for 500 people. I report directly to the General Manager and business owners, managing a team of two. I solely manage the venues extensive strategic calendar, identify new business prospects and ensure leads generated are actioned. I manage lucrative corporate, private hire and group bookings to ensure maximum profitability and client satisfaction are always met. I run several projects simultaneously, lead cross-functional teams for each bespoke event and cooperate with the demands of a new business. Key Achievements • New Business & Sales: Converted over €200 k in my 1st quarter in pro/reactive sales and gained new clients including Google, Facebook, Fleishman Hillard & Davy Investment Brokers. • Client Management: Created and manage systems for client briefs, minimum spend & budget requirements, contracts, invoicing, client databases and feedback reports. • Events: Coordinate over 70 events per quarter, operate the Eventbrite ticketing system and conduct all venue viewings. • Marketing: Run email marketing campaigns, online channels, influencers, online promotions to augment sales.

Luigi & Iango are two famous fashion photographers represented by Streeters who shoot the top echelon of models and talents (Naomi Campbell, Gisele Bundchen, Kanye West, Kendall Jenner, Riccardo Tisci), luxury brands (Givenchy, Dior, Tom Ford, Versace) and editorial clients (Vogue, Exhibition, Industry Magazine) in the industry. I reported to Luigi & Iango and the Studio Manager, managing 4 interns throughout the year. My primary objective was to organise all domestic & international production elements once a job was awarded and run the NY studio. Superior planning, organisation, presentation and resourcefulness were constantly required throughout this demanding position. Key Achievements • Preproduction: Organised all international & domestic travel arrangements, itinerary preparation, location scouting in NY/London/L.A, casting options, prop sourcing, concept & reference research, distribution of call sheets, checking estimates, catering options, studio setup and extensive calendar organization. • On Set: Looked after the talent, prop sourcing, studio aesthetics and delivering all client and producer requests. • Post Production: Closing each job with call sheets, EQ lists, budgets/estimates, layouts/videos/mood boards/ updating agency website, receiving printed copies of work, checking imagery rounds, archiving of hard drives/prints/layouts, archive storage system solutions and periodical inventory. • Studio Operations: Hiring and mentoring interns, budget management, studio supplies, sending/receiving shoot images/files, logistics of hard drives, studio aesthetics. • Database Management: Domestic & international shoot locations, management of copyrights (still/moving images,) preferred beauty/styling/photography assistants/producers, personal & business vendor lists. • Created and managed photo archive management systems for hard drives, backups, tear sheets, prints, call sheets/EQ lists, budgets and international contacts for optimum efficiency and presentation.
World-renowned luxury fashion house Givenchy showcased their historic S/S16 collection in NY as the first show outside of Paris in 60 years. As first assistant to Givenchy’s Creative Hair Director, Luigi Murenu, I reported directly to him, Givenchy’s Backstage Manager and Beauty Director Pat Mc Grath. My resilience, ability to perform under pressure and calm approach in a fast pace, high profile environment is why I was chosen to be his right hand woman. Key Achievements • As the sole contact for 40 hair assistants, I organised their access, expenses & international travel flawlessly. • Ensured smooth scheduling of workflow for 70 prolific models in line with the makeup team for both rehearsals and press slots. • Appointed Luigi Murenus spokesperson at international press interviews as Givenchy’s Creative Hair Director and Kerastases’ Artistic Director. • Studio coordinator with CNN’s production team for Riccardo Tisci interview at our NY atelier ensuring all equipment, supplies and studio setup were adhered to effectively.
