Accelerating the marketing of the restaurant primarily through amplifying our social media presence through meaningful engagement, in order to increase sales and footfall. Growing our consumer brand through coordinating six 90+ attendee events, providing revenue of over £13,000, managing booking enquiries via telephone and email, raising invoices, generating booking forms and liaising with suppliers are some of the key tasks my role entails. Analysing the marketing strategies of our other restaurants located across the world as well as competitors to influence how we can grow in the industry. This role has particularly strengthened my IT skills as I use an array of software programmes, most prominently, Canva, Open Table and Excel.
