Hi! I'm Meg. I'm a London-based Media and Communications MA candidate with three-years of experience creating smart, entertaining and timely media content that both engages and informs. Here’s a highlight reel of what I’ve been up to, and what I’m aiming for next:
I was previously an editor at a Canadian fashion magazine, where I wrote and edited feature-length articles, artist profiles, pop culture hot-takes, social captions and press releases. I interviewed the likes of Billie Eilish, Sophie Turner and Elle Fanning and produced co-branded content for L'Oreal, Neutrogena and Coty.
I left to pursue an MA at Goldsmiths, and between my research, I write social copy for Shoreditch-based creative agency, OK COOL. You'll spot my work in @Taster and @DonPapa's Instagram captions, and on @tacobell_uk's Twitter.
Right now, I'm seeking a London-based role to step into post-graduation. I'm passionate about pop culture, witty writing and creative content. Here are a few other things that excite me: babysitting dogs on Rover, film festivals, my vegetable box and wine club subscriptions, @yourcheapdreamhome on Instagram and Variety's "Actors on Actors" YouTube series.
