I have a collaborative leadership style because I believe the best productions happen when all parties work in harmony. I have experience in managing integrated campaigns across multiple digital platforms, including managing complex schedules and workflow. As Head of Production, my role and responsibility included:
Oversight of all productions, including budgets, timeframes, delivery and client requirements;
Drawing up accurate budgets and working to maintain and build on margins including the best crew and kit solutions;
Liaising with COO and Finance team on budgeting, reconciling and completion of projects to be invoiced;
Managing staff workload and organising production process across all live projects, energising staff, handling any concerns or issues;
Taking on a Producer role on projects where agreed/required and attending shoots as Producer;
Maintaining communication throughout the production and post-production teams, organising regular production and project meetings to ensure staff are fully across their roles/projects in which they’re involved;
Managing client relationships and cultivating new client relationships.
I played a pivotal role in winning new accounts to the business such as Aberdeen Standard Investments, Jaguar, OnePlus and PING. I was instrumental in coordinating creative winning TVC campaign pitches for Aberdeen Standard Investment and award-winning content for Jaguar Land Rover.
