To supply quotes for work produced to be approved by Account Manager/Director prior to going to client.
To keep job bags and all files up to date and complete at all times.
To keep job finance system up to date at all times and ensure that finance processes are followed.
To ensure that guard books and email/ electronic folders are kept up-to-date.
To maintain accurate competitor sample files.
To use internal platforms as required such as Synergist.
To provide thorough proof reading when required.
To provide support to anyone within the Client Services team.

Manage the cleanliness and maintain the appearance of the building
To ensure the fabric of the building, both externally and internally, is maintained and serviced
to a high standard, in accordance with agreed management contracts and budgets.
Assess and repair faults, calling out contractors where necessary
Manage site security - including the management of the building Net2 system, overseeing the
security/keyholder contractors, and monitoring CCTV
Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for
money.
Supervise the work of contractors and ensure that agreed work has been completed
satisfactorily, with minimum disruption to core activities and following up on any deficiencies.
To be the Health and Safety representative for the London office. Keep employees safe and
ensure our offices and facilities comply with all health and safety, environmental and
legislative requirements.
Oversee the following for the Facilities Manager in the London office and Amsterdam - office layout management, office telephony and IT systems, reception cover, maintenance, grounds,
utilities, incoming and outgoing mail, stationary supplies, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal
and recycling.
Maintain regular and frequent contact with the Leeds Facilities team.
Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
Liaise with IT personnel regarding leased line and other communications connections.
Locally manage fire procedures (testing alarms, carrying out fire drills, first aid kits etc.).
Arrange regular testing of electrical equipment and safety devices.
Ensure your team understands the company objectives and is committed to delivering
these.
