- Odoo ExperienceFor three days, the Belgian city of Louvain-La-Neuve became the epicenter of the Open Source community. More than 2400 professionals attended 180 sessions, and discovered new Odoo features at our workshops. Partners from all around the world came to Odoo Experience to show their expertize, meet customers and create new business opportunities.

• Organised and attracted more than 1,500 participants to flagship annual event “Odoo Experience”
• Project managing events either on a solo basis or in conjunction with marketing team members
• Coordination of suppliers, handling of client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure smooth running
• Promotion of events through company’s website
(French and English), mass mailing, blogs and social media
• Achieved agreed targets and used key marketing
practices to capitalise on opportunities, for development, and to achieve growth
• Undertake post-event analysis including survey creation and revenue impact evaluation
