I'm originally from Galway, Ireland, but have been living and working in London for five years since graduating university. I've been a Live Comedy Agent and festival Production Assistant before settling into the design role with Green Man Gaming. I love to travel and try new things. This complements my interest in craft beer, cooking and hot beverages. I'm a big comedy and music fan and would love to work in those areas again; live events are exciting, nerve-wracking and hugely enjoyable to me. I'm a hobby photographer with experience shooting music festivals (Bestival and RockNess), but more recently have fallen back into travel snapshots. It's easy and fun, though I miss those pre-show photo pit nerves. I have been working in design (officially) for the last three years or so. I'm self-taught and very keen to learn more about the area. I started out by learning Photoshop to make avatars and forum signatures for friends when I was 13/14. That developed into making posters for events in uni. Later on I was asked to move from a Customer Service role to a Junior Graphic Designer position within the company. Most recently been given a new title of Digital Designer. This has lead to me expanding my skills further by re-familiarising myself with the world of coding and video. I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and have basic Premiere and InDesign skills. My HTML & CSS is constantly improving, and I'm currently learning jQuery.
