• Delivering excellent levels of commercial account management to a range of high end/luxury B2B accounts including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Alexander McQueen, L’Oréal etc. • Working with the Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities within the account portfolio. • Working with the Sales team to provide quotations and ensure new business orders are processed. • Building and maintaining relationships with over 70+ accounts simultaneously, with varying levels of demand from each respective client. • Working closely with other departments within the business to ensure ‘buy-in’ for new and existing business opportunities. • Working to agreed KPI targets with our clients and presenting weekly/monthly data analysis and trend forecasting.
• Servicing an established portfolio of accounts including Primark, Paul Smith, Burberry, D&G, The White Company etc. Dealing with all aspects of the individual clients requirements: briefing new product to production, supply chain and logistical management of deliverables Directly guiding and advising clients on a vast array of product offerings available, developing bespoke options and advising on styles and finishes. • Responsibility for selling visual merchandising products that are very specific to each client ’s needs, defining their brand and setting them apart from their peers. • Liaising internally with production and providing a critical communication hub between the two parties, managing lead-times effectively and ensuring that all projects run smoothly from inception to completion. • Generating new business and sales. Increased sales from the websites “Contact Us” page by over 90%, bringing sales from £60K up to £123K in my first year. Maximising sales through product offering, cross-selling and suggesting new lines where possible, • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
● Main point of contact for a wide range of high end clients including Chanel, Gucci, Lancôme, YSL and DeBeers, using every interaction with my key clients to build a stronger client relationship ● Sole responsibility for supplying, tax tabbing and embroidering stock buy-in options where a client requests bespoke, customised uniforms. Working to strict deadlines and budgets ● Exceptional organisation skills have been critical to my success in this role. As well as managing a range of key client accounts and queries I also reported into two different line managers, supporting them with account management across a broad range of sectors ● Working as part of a wider team, supported colleagues with other large accounts when required. For example, I supplied Network Rail training centre with 500 individual stock items, single-handedly packaged and delivered these while working to an extremely tight deadline. ● Successful delivery of this project ensured an exceptionally strong and mutually beneficial relationship with Network Rail, resulting in a 50% increase in business ● Using a range of software packages and data analysis to generate reports that allowed me to forecast future client needs, particularly with regard to low stock. I was then able proactively contact clients to sell additional uniforms as required ● Travelling to clients when needed, attending face to face meetings and making presentations to clients regarding the range of products and options available
