Keep employees safe and ensure our offices and facilities comply with all health and safety, environmental and legislative requirements. Oversee the following for the Facilities Manager in the London office and Amsterdam - office layout management, office telephony and IT systems, reception cover, maintenance, grounds, utilities, incoming and outgoing mail, stationary supplies, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling. Maintain regular and frequent contact with the Leeds Facilities team. Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences. Liaise with IT personnel regarding leased line and other communications connections. Locally manage fire procedures (testing alarms, carrying out fire drills, first aid kits etc.). Arrange regular testing of electrical equipment and safety devices. Ensure your team understands the company objectives and is committed to delivering these.
