(made redundant due to Covid-19 epidemic and seeking new employment) Working on the BMW Group accounts, with involvement in all aspects of their National, Corporate and Aftersales accounts for the UK market, and Eurostar on a Global region. - As client liaison, my weekly engagements with the clients helped identify new strategies in bettering their brand. For BMW corporate, I established consumers were dropping off at early stages of the sales funnel and consulted them with the calculations of per drop off rate for tier 1 and 2 leads. Also formulating a strategy with them to further reduce these figures as the campaign continued. - Increased campaign engagement by 50% by providing recommendations based on my ongoing automotive experience, delivering MINI with the solution of running approved used vehicle campaigns on specific social channels to engage with their desired younger demographics, instead of only running new vehicle campaigns. - Drove a 200% increase in leads for MINI in Q1 ’20, with their ads delivering more leads in the first month of Q1 ’20 then the whole campaign did over a 3 months period in Q4 ’19. Based on simple campaign analysis, and advising on focusing on Facebook ads, more budget allocation and a 4-week social content rotation. - For the upcoming release of MINI’s electric vehicles, I proposed a campaign that focused on targeting cities within the UK with congestion charges in place. And recommended allocating pop-up vehicle test drives in those cities to record content to use in our ads based on consumer interactions and experiences with the vehicles, to drive brand awareness. This also provided the company with a cheaper and more effective solution of content. - During Q1 ’20, I became part of the Eurostar global team providing financial solutions to the global market by working with budgets and reconciling spend. This included agreed budgets with Google and Bing web servers approximating over £1 million. - Reconciled accounts for discrepancies during reconciliation financial periods.

Working with the following clients; CheckATrade, HomeServe, Jules Verne, Butlins, MSC Cruises, and GoDaddy and 123Reg focusing on the UK market within Wavemaker Select. - My vital responsibilities across several high-profile media accounts were to support and ensure the delivery of client specific KPI’s through co-ordination of current markets. While managing and maintaining relationships with clients and key agency media partners to discuss ever-changing requirements and formulated strategies to negotiate and advise budgets, buying strategies, channels and briefs; presenting these in monthly meetings and quarterly reviews. - Analysed and reported competitor budgets and recommended media channels based on findings and suitability. - Alongside my main responsibility as account handler, I was also the finance coordinator. This involved regularly managing and co-ordinating meetings with stakeholders and our finance departments to resolve all finance related queries. Also allowing me to personally resolve an account that was £2 million into their credit limit and exposed by £1.5 million. I later recommended to move forward with pre-payments of up to 3 months’ (dependent on variables) as collateral.
