  • Grade 4 level Regional Flag store Supervisor for Premium fashion retailer. Newly promoted to this role after previously working at Senior Sales level, my main job function was to support the 1st line management team both at sales level as well as in operational and administrative level. Ensuring that our commercial sales performance on the shop floor was to company standards and targets. Plus, to be the first point of contact for all sales team (team of 12) day to day.

100% Audit Compliance

  • In Early 2014 whilst still supervisor at the Whistles South Molton Street Branch. I was given sole responsibility to help us prepare and to deliver a good result for our in-store internal company audit. After our internal visit by the auditor we achieved a score of 100% which was the best score given across the entire business (which consists of 49 solo stores). We were awarded champaign, chocolates and a special mention by our CEO during our SS14 Brand Day.


Best branch Visual Merchandising

  • In early 2013 Whilst working in the Whistles Thayer Street Branch we were awarded best Store VM overall across the business and were awarded a free staff outing.


Dunhill Design Brief Award

  • In my second year on my Fashion Menswear Course my Class were given a design brief by the fashion brand Dunhill to design a viable Autumn Winter Menswear Collection . The winner (Me) won
